The Indiana Health Law Review (IHLR) focuses on health care law and policy and provides informative articles on important health law topics.
This specialty journal was established by Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2003. The Indiana Health Law Review publishes two issues a year, both covering bioethics, malpractice liability, managed care, antitrust, health care organizations, medical-legal research, legal medicine, food and drug, and other current health-related topics.
The Indiana Health Law Review complements the school’s existing health law program, which is consistently recognized as one of the top programs in the nation. It benefits from the expertise of the William S. and Christine S. Hall Center for Law and Health.
